The best private hospital in kota kinabalu. The service is very profesional. The staff and nurse are very kind and helpful. The specialist doctors here are very well known. They gives us the good explaination and the best suggestion for the patient. The ward is very clean and hyegene. Other facilities also provided like toilet for visitors, water purifier, microwave oven and sterilizer. Their services and facilities that they provide are fair with the charges.

Being here, doctor and nurse time is valuable, patient can only wait , for a private hospital the service is same as government hospital. Nurse speak and talk loudly like no patient around

I have been treated at Emergency Department for renal colic and thank you for Dr Wong Jin Hie and the nurses for their fast responses thus admitting me to the ward. Thank you also for the ward 6B nurses for taking good care of me during my admission. They really provide a best service and it really makes me satisfied during my admission. Thank you so much Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu for your best service👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Also thank you so much for Dr Wong Teck Boon for treating me.

don’t go here very unorganised, very incompetent. their also have staff that can’t speaking understanding bahasa malaysia. the staff also screaming to the patient.the staff who’s cant speak bahasa ask me to left behind all the mediations.

I went through a traumatic experience , still have the scar to show for it after almost 1 year. After lodging a complaint to their patient services department, their reply was that the treatment I received was in line with standard medical protocol. REALLY??They failed to give me the answers I asked, because my second opinion came back with an entirely different report. I have all the supporting documents from other doctors & Medical centres yet they choose to ignore my complaint. Is this your definition of world class standard? If there is a zero star I would tick that box. Shame, because the name Gleneagles to me used to be the Best Healthcare .

I would like to share my deeply disappointing experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment for 9:30 am, I ended up waiting for an excessive two hours before receiving any medical attention. The absence of communication, advice, or apologies during the wait only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, the water tank was not filled, highlighting a lack of attention to basic necessities. This experience showcased poor leadership, communication, and a lack of empathy in a hospital where exceptional care should be expected. I hope that my message reaches the hospital management and prompts them to address these issues promptly. Let's work together to advocate for better healthcare experiences for all.

Services from Ed department is very good, fast and efficient . During my admission, the nurse and Dr. arfian is assisting well . Gleneagles hospital is the best one.
